Instructions for Authors have been provided by the publisher, CRC Press/Balkema – Taylor & Francis Group, and must be strictly followed to ensure uniformity and consistency in the quality of materials.

Authors of accepted abstracts should prepare print-ready papers in accordance with the instructions below. These should be read carefully before writing the paper.

All papers must be prepared in two versions:

• Full Paper with a maximum length of 8 pages,
• Short version with a length of 2 pages (abstract of the full paper).

Both Full Paper and Short Paper must be prepared in accordance with the recommended formatting and layout instructions (instructions distributed in an email to Abstract Authors, additionally available for download on the Event website), and must have the same title and authors. Papers exceeding the allocated limits and not edited according to the instructions will be returned to the Authors for correction.

Both abridged and full versions of all submitted papers will be reviewed, and only those that receive a favorable opinion from at least two reviewers will be published. Short papers will be published in book form. Full papers will be published as an online e-book.

Submission of papers
The deadline for the submission of full papers is 31.12.2024. After completing the preparation of the paper and collecting all the required documents, please send the following 4 items (as 6 files) to the Organizer's email address:

• Full paper in MS Word and PDF format (2 files)
• Short paper in MS Word and PDF format (2 files)
• Copyright transfer form in PDF format (1 file)
• Permission Verification Form in PDF format (1 file)

Once the documents have been checked by the editor, you will receive an official email confirming your submission (wait up to 10 days).
